Careys Civil Engineering Lecture at University of Glasgow
Careys Civil Engineering are onsite building the the concrete frame and groundworks on Research Hub and Infrastructure at the University of Glasgow Development Project. They delivered a lecture to 90 Civil Engineering students at the James Watt South Building to help support their curriculum and answer any questions they had regarding expectations of the role as Civil Engineers.
Kieran from Multiplex introduced the lecture to the Civil Engineer students regarding the progress of the University of Glasgow Campus Development Project. Followed by Brian Quinn, Neil McGurn and Shakil Rahman from Careys Civil Engineering who explained the progress, challenges and outcomes of the civil engineering involvement in the project.
The Civil Engineering students at the University of Glasgow will be visiting the Multiplex site office soon for a site walk tour around the Research Hub and to see the development and progress so far. This will further support their classroom curriculum.
